- What kind of
services do you provide?
We act as a personal concierge. We do our best to make sure you make it to and from your destination and enjoy yourself in the process. So, if a problem arises we will work diligently to correct it.
- Are you licensed?
Yes, our licenses are with Archer Travel Services and Evolution Travel.
- Is insurance included?
When we provide a quote, we automatically include insurance. If you choose not to have it, it is easily removed.
- Are there fees for your services?
Yes and no. We work mainly on commission but if more upfront work is required then a fee will be assessed after the initial consult.
- What services do you book?
We are a full service travel agency. So, if you can dream it, we can book it.
- When are you available if something
arises?
We try to always be available. We are also independently owned and operated, so we have a response time to less than 24-48hours.
- Do you have a specialty?
Yes. We specialize in family, group and solo travel.
- Are You Part of a Membership Club?
No. Any deals or requests can be made at anytime with anyone.
